Ideal 4-man Group Ship Composition

Since we're going to be forming a number of 4-man groups for some friendly competition next month, I thought I'd open it up to the community to discuss what we think is a good, flexible 4-man ship composition. This is an open discussion that everyone is welcome to participate in!

Here are a few guidelines:
-- Must account for both TDM & DOM
-- Should allow a group leader some flexibility to respond to different threats
-- Should have the basics - not TOO inventive! (For example, you're probably going to need a speed tensor, a hyperspace beacon in DOM, gunships for TDM, etc.)
-- You can be as detailed or general in your suggestions as you wish. (For example, you can link to a specific dulfy build, OR you can be as generic as "kite ship", indicating the role of one person's ship on the bar.)

I would pick

DOM
T3 scout that switches to a T2 scout or T2 strike after dying
T1 strike
T1 GS
T2 scout

TDM
T2 GS
T1 GS
Scout (players choice)
T2 bomber (or gunship depending if the team had a bomber)

I think component selection could be flexible as long as the person is comfortable flying it.
